Schedule Update

The 2021 schedule has been updated up to the September 9th meet in Kiel.  We will continue to update the schedule as we recieve information from the individual meet directors.

Team Store

Practice is cancelled on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, due to severe weather threat.

 Practice will resume on Thursday, August 12th at 4:00 pm.

Update

There is no practice today, September 2nd.

We should be back in the Chilton pool on Thursday, September 3rd.  Unless notified, assume we will meet in Chilton on Thursday. (Maybe all the positive vibes will stabilize the pool chemicals!)

Two meets have been added to the schedule.  A dual at home against KLF has been finalized.  An invitational at KLF is still being planned and is listed as tentative.

A "Basic Strength Training" document has been added to the website's permanent links.  This document is a supplement to the weight room instruction.
